Options

 -@      read file with lsp options
 -a      list or include all files examined or processed; various options give various lists
 -b      select blocks to print
 -c      compare two files after conversion to lsp output format

 -d      adds more detailed output to the -s option including log_k, deltah, Pitzer and SIT pa
